How can I divert calls if I've lost my phone?

You’ll need to set up any call diverts before your phone is barred - we can't do it once there's a bar in place. Get in touch with our Customer Services team to do this.
Pay monthly and business customers can also divert calls from a lost phone to another number. Any calls diverted to another number will be charged using your bundle’s minutes allowance first and then at our standard call charges
Pay as you go customers can divert incoming calls from their lost phone only to voicemail.

Hope this helps!
