Turkey no longer Free to Roam with Vodafone business customers
Turkey is no longer classed as European when it comes to Vodafone's inclusive minutes, text and data
Since August 2017, Vodafone has been making changes to their roaming policies. Users that signed up after this point received their new terms, which seemed great on paper. Like O2 and EE, Vodafone are realising that worldwide policies needed to be improved. Till recently, the UK has been the most expensive in its rates for using mobile devices whilst abroad.
The new changes from Vodafone mean that customers that use their handset whilst in Turkey will now be charged. No longer classed as the Roam-Free Zone, they will be charged as domestic, under the Rest of World Zone 1.
Other countries that have also been moved are Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina that are now located under "Roam-Further Zone". These were one the WorldTraveller rates at £5 per day.
