EE network service down in parts of UK: Tues 10th October

If you are an EE user, you will be experiencing a lack of mobile signal right now. Unfortunately, you are not alone! Clients of EE all over the country are reporting a loss in service with the "Everything Everywhere" service. EE has made an announcement that they are sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and have their best team working on the issue to get the systems up and running again.

At this point, a time frame has not been given on when they will be back up and running> What is certain though is that there are many businesses that greatly rely on their mobile networks and are now suffering from a loss of profits.

If you are thinking of calling EE customer services, it is advisable to not do so, as their systems have also been reported as down. With the amount of client calling them for an answer on the loss of service, you will be unlikely to get through anyway!

At least you can call family on EE!

Some of you will find that you do have signal. However, you are unable to mae calls to anyone. What you will find is that you can call other users on EE, bu any other network will cause the call to fail!

EE have achnowledged the issue has limited people on EE trying to call other networks.

Not just EE signal that is suffering!

It's likely that MVNOs that use EE signal are affected as well, such as Virgin users

EE has released the following statement:

“Some of our customers are reporting problems when trying to make calls to some numbers this morning. All data and messaging services are working as normal. We’re working to fix this as quickly as possible and apologise for any inconvenience caused.”

If you are able to get through, the number to contact them on is 07953966250.

Good luck!
